We provide these materials through a business model that is sustainable for our community, our customers, our suppliers and ourselves. Our Products & How it all Started: We carry a wide variety of products to finish your home or business in a manner that is healthier for you and the planet. We’ve researched our products so that you can feel comfortable knowing, as soon as you walk in the store, that what you discover is the best we can find within the market and get to you. We take both pride and care in our research so that you are able to focus on your design and materials selection. We offer everything from eco-friendly countertops to healthy flooring to water-saving toilets to low and zero VOC paints, sealers, and coatings. But, we are really a community of people working to improve our built environment. Our showroom serves as a hub for our dedicated employee advocates, thoughtful customers, innovative suppliers, cutting-edge professionals, and pro-active community members to share knowledge, ideas, plans and achievements in their quest to improve the way we live. Our Services & Mission: In addition to serving as an eco-friendly building supply center, a.k.a Green provides outstanding services and education, including design services for homeowners and small businesses and project consulting for industry professionals. Professionals are able to enlist us as a resource for their entire green project needs, from conceptual design assistance to material purchase. We also offer several educational workshops a month that cover a variety of green building and socially responsible topics in order to raise sustainability and green building awareness within the community. These services represent an integral part of a larger whole: a.k.a. Green’s mission is to be a catalyst for the widespread adoption of green building practices in Arizona.
